SoftPatch is a global peer-to-peer marketplace that connects touring professionals. Whether you need to rent gear between tours, find rehearsal space in a new city, or hire a programmer for a festival run, SoftPatch puts you in direct contact with other pros who have what you need.

Rent or list touring equipment — consoles, fixtures, rigging, audio, video, and more. Put your idle gear to work between runs.

Getting Access
SoftPatch is free for all registered users. Follow these three steps to get started.
Create a Free Account
All registered users get full access to SoftPatch, including unlimited listings across gear, spaces, and services.
Sign UpComplete Your Profile
Add a profile photo, your full name, a bio (at least 30 characters), and your primary specialty. This is how other professionals find and trust you.
Accept SoftPatch Terms
On your first visit to SoftPatch, you will be prompted to review and accept the marketplace guidelines. This is a one-time step.
Navigation
Navigating SoftPatch
SoftPatch is organized into several main areas, each accessible from the toolbar.
Browse
The main marketplace. Search and filter listings by category, location, price, and more.
Map
An interactive worldwide map showing listings and professionals near you or anywhere you are headed.
TourReady
Advertise your availability for work. Productions can find you based on dates, location, and skills.
Forums
Community discussions organized by topic. Ask questions, share knowledge, and connect with peers.
Camp
Your professional network on SoftPatch. Connect with colleagues and build your crew.
My Listings
Manage everything you have listed — edit, publish, unpublish, and track inquiries.
Identity
Your Profile
Your SoftPatch profile is your professional identity on the marketplace. It is how other touring professionals evaluate you before doing business.
Public Identity
Your name, photo, bio, and specialty are visible to everyone on SoftPatch.
Your Listings
All your active gear, space, and service listings are showcased on your profile.
TourReady Status
Your current availability and TourReady slots are displayed for productions to see.
Reputation
Camp connections, forum activity, and XP all contribute to how others see you.
